Shipping Information

All items are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS). Prices are predetermined and are available for review before you finalize your purchase. To preview your shipping cost, use the 'Shipping Estimator' feature in the 'Shopping Cart' section. You will also see your shipping cost in the 'Delivery Information' section of the check-out process.

Also note that the shipping times, as stated, are estimated by United States Postal Service and are not a guarantee, but rather a guideline. Knitzi.com can not guarantee that your order will arrive within the stated time. Time stated should be considered as the time the order is received by Knitzi.com.

Your order will be shipped to the shipping address you provide at the time of your order. Knitzi.com will not be responsible, nor replace orders sent to the wrong address due to the customers error, or the failure to update your Paypal shipping address.

Returns Policy

Our goal is to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you receive an item that is not satisfactory, and it is in 'as bought' condition, you can return it for a refund within 21 days of purchase. We require that:

• You email us first (service@knitzi.com) with your name, address, email, order number, and item being returned
• You wait for the email back from us with directions for shipping the item to us. We do not refund the original shipping cost, nor do we pay for the return shipping. You might consider insuring your return, as we can only give you a refund for items that actually arrive back to us. As soon as we receive the item back, Knitzi.com will refund your funds by the same method as you paid.
• We are unable to accept returns of patterns.
• An 'exchange' will require payment of postage to re-send the new item. This postage cost equals the postage of your intial order, unless your order had multiple items, which it will then be pro-rated. An exchange to an item of a higher sale price will require payment of the difference. An exchange of an item of lower sale price will result in a refund of the difference. Please enclose any payment due with the return shipment. This can be paid by check, money order, cash, or Paypal.

Privacy Policy

Any explictly provided customer information is used only by Knitzi.com and is never sold, shared, or rented to any advertisers, merchants, or third parties. By using the customer information available to us, we may:

• Improve our website and services;
• Analyze common trends and patterns;
• Personalize and provide customers with relevant services;
• Fulfill your requests for products and services; and
• Communicate with you and respond to your requests.

We take the task of protecting your information very seriously.

• All communications in association to your account are conducted via high-grade encryption; this includes your account management and the checkout process.
• Your account password is required to be a minimum length in order to help maintain your account's integrity. We recommend that you use a combination of letters, numbers, and punctuation for your own protection. After sending it to our website, it is saved using one-way encryption methods.
• Payment, whether by credit card or Paypal payment, is handled by Paypal. Knitzi.com does not hold or manage your credit card information or Paypal information in any way.

Warranty Information

Knitzi.com ("Seller") warrants to the original purchaser only, that all itmes will be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of 6 months from date of purchase. SELLER'S SOLE OBLIGATION AND YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY under this Limited Warranty and, to the extent permitted by law, any warranty or condition implied by law, shall be the repair or replacement of parts, without charge, which are defective in material or workmanship and which have not been misused, carelessly handled, or misrepaired by persons other than Seller. To make a claim under this Limited Warranty, you must return the complete item, transportation prepaid, to Knitzi.com.

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT APPLY TO PATTERNS.

ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES SHALL BE LIMITED IN DURATION TO ONE YEAR FROM DATE OF PURCHASE. SOME STATES IN THE U.S., SOME CANADIAN PROVINCES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

IN NO EVENT SHALL SELLER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LIABILITY FOR LOSS OF PROFITS) ARISING FROM THE SALE OR USE OF THIS PRODUCT. SOME STATES IN THE U.S. AND SOME CANADIAN PROVINCES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

THIS LIMITED WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE IN THE U.S., PROVINCE TO PROVINCE IN CANADA AND FROM COUNTRY TO COUNTRY.
