Bethlehem Olive Wood - 5 inch - (Ready to Ship)

Sorry, this item has sold.

This is one special Knitzi! It is made of Olive wood from Bethlehem, Israel.

This is a 5" Knitzi meaning it will ONLY fit needles 4-3/4 to 5-1/2 inches long (12,1cm - 13,9cm).

Please read carefully:

The Olive Tree has both sentimental and religious significance to all nations and all religions. This biblical wood is from trees that have been bearing fruits in the Nativity town of Bethlehem since the time of Jesus. The wood for this Knitzi was produced from the prunes of young olive trees, the sprouts from the trunks of the old and unproductive trees; a process which is an essential for a healthier growth for the trees and to generate environmental stability. No trees were damaged or destroyed in the process of harvesting this wood. Also includes Certificate of Authenticity from the wood supplier.

Only 3 Olive wood Knitzi's have been made to date. Future production of a Knitzi made from Bethlehem Olive wood is not likely. Please do not ask for one to be made for you.

Each Knitzi fits a 3/4 inch (19mm) needle range (length). Check the product description of the Knitzi you think is correct for your needles.

Do you ship internationally?

I no longer ship outside of the USA. Too many packages have been lost to make it worth while. Postal systems have lost my packages containing handmade goods in Canada, Brazil, UK, Germany, Spain, and Australia. USA too, but at least they are insured.
